摘 要:建立了混合酸消解-碰撞模式-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定化妆品中铅、铬、镉、砷、镍5种有害金属元素的方法。通过优化消解条件,选择内标元素及碰撞池模式消除干扰对待测元素进行分析。结果表明,所有待测元素在10~500.0μg/L范围内线性良好,各相关线性系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.03~0.60μg/kg,加标回收率在之间86.2%~97.0%,精密度范围为0.36%~1.18%。该方法快速便捷、准确度高,稳定性好,适用于化妆品中铅、铬、镉、砷、镍元素含量的测定。A method for the simultaneous determination of five harmful metal elements of lead,chromium,cadmium,arsenic and nickel in cosmetics by mixed acid digestion-collision mode-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.By optimizing the digestion conditions,selecting internal standard elements and using collision cell mode to eliminate interference,the elements were analyzed.The results showed that all the elements had good linearity in the range of 10~500.0μg·L-1,the relevant linear coefficients were greater than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.03~0.60μg·kg-1,the recovery rate of spikes was between 86.2%~97.0%,and the precision range was 0.36%~1.18%.This method is fast,convenient,accurate and stable,and is suitable for the determination of lead,chromium,cadmium,arsenic and nickel content in cosmetics.
