摘 要:通过掺杂活性炭(AC)与铁/四氧化三铁(Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4))共球磨制备Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC材料,研究了其对Cr(Ⅵ)的还原性能,探索了AC共球磨对Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)还原性能的强化作用机理,并探究了Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC的最佳球磨条件.结果显示,AC共球磨强化了Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)的还原性能,Cr(Ⅵ)去除率从57.3%提高至99.5%.二价铁Fe(Ⅱ)在球磨材料还原Cr(Ⅵ)过程中具有重要作用.采用Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC和Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)还原时,Fe(Ⅱ)浓度分别稳定在8.2和9.8 mg·L^(-1),说明AC促进了Fe(Ⅱ)的生成;利用邻菲啰啉猝灭Fe(Ⅱ)后,Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC的Cr(Ⅵ)去除率(43.0%)仍高于Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)的Cr(Ⅵ)去除率(33.0%),说明AC也促进了电子的传递.Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC的最佳球磨条件如下:氮气氛围,Fe量为1.24g,Fe_(3)O_(4)量为2.90g,AC量为100 mg.Cr(Ⅵ)的去除效果随Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC投加量的增大而增强,随初始pH值的增大而降低.In this study,a material were prepared by the co-milling of activated carbon(AC)and iron/magnetite mixture(Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4))for hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ))reduction.The reduction performance,enhanced mechanisms,and optimum milling conditions were explored.The results illustrate that AC enhanced the reduction performance of Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4),with the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)increasing from 57.3%to 99.5%.Bivalent iron(Fe(Ⅱ))played an important role in the Cr(Ⅵ)reduction by the ball-milling materials.When Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC and Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)were used for Cr(Ⅵ)reduction,Fe(Ⅱ)concentrations stabilized at 8.2 and 9.8 mg L-1,respectively,indicating that AC promoted the formation of Fe(Ⅱ).After the quenching of Fe(Ⅱ)by phenanthroline,the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)by Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC(43.0%)was still higher than that by Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)(33.0%),indicating that AC also facilitated electron transfer.The optimum milling conditions for Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC were as follows:nitrogen atmosphere,a Fe dose of 1.24 g,a Fe_(3)O_(4)dose of 2.90 g,and an AC dose of 100 mg.The removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ)was increased with the increasing dose of Fe/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC,while decreased with the increase of initial pH value.
