摘　　要：景迈山古茶林是一个经历了千年演化和传承的农业文化遗产,长期以来基于集体自觉与契约精神的乡规民约对古茶林的保护发挥了重要作用,同时,在申遗过程中,景迈山针对遗产保护管理实际状况形成了一套由国家法规、行业规定、地方条例、技术规范与导则等共同组成的规章体系,以及由市、县、镇、村四级联动的地方机构管理体系,有效保障了古茶林遗产资源的真实性和完整性,助力了申遗工作。文章对景迈山遗产地的保护管理法规体系进行梳理总结,并为世界文化遗产的可持续保护与管理提供景迈山实践与智慧。The Old Tea Forest of Jingmai Mountain is an agricultural cultural heritage that has experienced thousands of years of evolution and inheritance.For a long time,local rules and civic regulations based on collective consciousness and the spirit of contract have played an important role in the protection of the ancient tea forests.At the same time,during the nomination process for world cultural heritage,a set of rules and regulations composed of national regulations,industry regulations,local regulations,technical specifications and guidelines,as well as a local agency management system linked by cities,counties,towns and villages were formed to effectively guarantee the authenticity and integrity of the old tea forest heritage resources,aiding the nomination process.This paper sorts out and summarizes the protection and management legal system of Jingmai Mountain,and provides experiences and wisdom for the sustainable conversation and management of world cultural heritage.
