“健康老龄化”视角下老年人保健消费现状及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化程度的加剧,老年人的健康保健需求不断增加,保健消费市场也日益扩大。但是受多种因素影响,老年人的保健消费权益得不到保障,也因此引发了社会问题。为了解我国老年人保健消费现状及其影响因素,对我国3个城市共1007名老年人进行了随机抽样问卷调查。调查结果显示,26.5%的老年人近一年内有过保健消费行为,主要集中在65~79岁年龄段,他们的总体保健消费水平较高。12.0%的老年人遭遇了各种欺诈行为,部分老年人的合法权益受到严重侵害。年龄、收入、婚姻状况、受教育程度和患慢性病情况对老年人是否进行保健消费产生显著影响。从老年人及其家庭成员、生产企业、社区和政府等层面提出了多元主体共同治理的建议,希望能够促进老年人保健消费市场的健康发展和老年健康服务体系的不断完善,推动健康老龄化的积极落实。With the intensification of aging population,the health care demand of the elderly is increasing,and the health care consumption market is also expanding.However,affected by many factors,the health care consumption rights of the elderly are not protected,which also leads to social problems.In order to understand the current situation and influencing factors of health care consumption of the elderly in China,a random sam⁃pling questionnaire survey was conducted among 1007 elderly people in 3 cities.The survey results shows that 26.5%of the elderly had health care consumption behavior in the past year,mainly concentrated in the age range of 65~79,and their overall health care consumption level was high;12.0%of the elderly suffered from various fraudulent behaviors after purchase,and the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly were seriously violated.Age,income,marital status,education level and chronic disease have a significant impact on wheth⁃er older persons consume health care.This study puts forward relevant suggestions on how to jointly manage the health consumption of the elderly from the perspectives of the elderly and their families,product manufactur⁃ers,communities and governments,hoping to promote the healthy development of health consumption of the elderly and the continuous improvement of the elderly health service system,and promote the active implemen⁃tation of healthy aging.
