摘  要:摸清湿地演变与开发历程是提升湿地保护管理水平的迫切需求。文中重建了苏州长江干流岸线与长江湿地的演变过程,分析了其驱动机制和保护策略。苏州长江湿地实施了岸线管控、湿地生态功能提升、湿地保护率提升等保护工程与措施,并取得了较好成效。目前,长江湿地保护率仍低于苏州长江湿地保护目标,存在湿地系统性保护不足、湿地生态格局不完善以及湿地科学保护管理和动态监测能力欠缺等问题。建议从岸线生态红线划定、生态安全格局优化、湿地监测与评估3个方面加强苏州长江湿地保护。Exploring the changes and development of wetland is urgent need to improve the level of wetland protection and management.This study reconstructed the spatial-temporal evolution process of shoreline and wetlands in Suzhou section of the Yangtze River,and analyzed the driving forces and protection strategies.A series of wetland protection projects have been implemented,such as shoreline control,wetland ecological function improvement,and wetland protection rates improvement.These ecological projects have achieved remarkable success.Currently,the wetland protection rate in the Yangtze River wetlands is still lower than the conservation target set for Suzhou.There are four existing issues including inadequate systematic protection,an imperfect wetland ecological pattern,and a lack of scientific management and dynamic monitoring capabilities in wetland conservation.Three countermeasures are suggested to enhance the protection of the Yangtze River wetlands in Suzhou:delineating ecological red lines for shoreline protection,optimizing the ecological security pattern,and strengthening wetland monitoring and assessment.
