摘 要:本文针对某型柴油机所用的机油喷嘴部件在生产过程中存在的喷管与喷油座法兰组装钎焊性差、间隙内钎料填充不足、焊接后焊缝强度不牢靠等系列问题,围绕机油喷嘴喷管与喷油座在制造过程中出现的各种因素影响,开展对机油喷嘴部件的钎焊性提质增效工艺技术研究,总结和开拓了解决类似零件时的思路和方法,在提高喷油嘴部件的制造质量和效率方面起到了重要的作用。This paper aims at a series of problems existing in the production process of the engine oil nozzle components used in a diesel engine,such as poor solderability of nozzle and fuel injection seat flange assembly,insufficient filler metal filling in the gap,and weld strength is not reliable after welding.Focusing on the influence of various factors in the manufacturing process of the oil mozzle and fuel injection seat,the research on the technology of improving the quality and efficiency of the brazability of the oil nozzle components was carried out.The ideas and methods for solving similar parts are summarized and developed,which palys an important role in improving the manufacturing quality and efficiency of fuel injection nozzle components.
