摘 要:光热催化H_(2)O还原CO_(2)有望成为实现太阳能综合高效利用的有效手段,但常规热稳定性良好的半导体催化剂表面光热催化H_(2)O还原CO_(2)转化的产率和能量转化效率低。本文采用液相水解法对二氧化钛改性,制备得到复合纳米光热催化剂,并对其进行Ru负载,通过构建复合半导体和负载等离激元金属等改性手段,提高了光热催化剂性能和反应碳选择性。采用改性后的复合催化剂材料在模拟太阳光源照射下进行CO_(2)和H_(2)O光热催化实验,成功制备了CO、H_(2)、CH_(4)等高附加值的气体燃料。结果表明:CO_(2)转化反应的碳选择性提高至原来的4.06倍。Photothermal catalytic reduction of CO_(2)with H_(2)O is expected to be an effective mean to achieve comprehensive and efficient utilization of solar energy,but conventional semiconductor catalysts with good thermal stability have low yield and energy conversion efficiency.In this paper,titanium dioxide was modified by liquid phase hydrolysis,and the composite photothermal catalysts were prepared,and the Ru-loading was applied to them.The performance of the photothermal catalysts and the carbon selectivity of the reaction were improved by constructing composite semiconductor and supporting plasmonic metal.The photothermal catalytic experiments of CO_(2)and H_(2)O were carried out with the modified composite catalysts under the irradiation of simulated solar light.The results showed that high value-added gas fuels such as CO,H_(2)and CH_(4)were successfully produced,and the carbon selectivity of CO_(2)conversion reaction was increased to 4.06 times.The mechanism of photothermal catalysis was investigated by a series of experimental characterization methods.
