摘 要:基于陕西省安康市气候条件,从屋顶节能效果出发,分析对比双层通风屋面与传统屋面隔热及保温效果,为农村自建房屋顶结构的优化改造提供参考。通过传统经验公式计算双层通风屋面的空气夹层最优间距取0.3m,利用ecotect软件对传统平、坡屋顶、双层通风屋顶分别进行能耗模拟,将模型对比分析得出,双层平屋顶分别较普通平屋顶及传统坡屋顶全年空调总负荷分别减少837.80 kW·h、1454.81 kW·h。使用双层通风屋顶自建房节能率相比较使用传统平屋顶、瓦面坡屋顶分别提高4.25%、2.45%。双层通风屋顶具有良好的隔热与保温效果,能够节约电力资源、增加屋面利用率,有效改善农村自建房居住条件。Based on the climatic conditions of Ankang City,Shaanxi Province,the thermal insulation and thermal insulation effects of double-layer ventilated roofs and traditional roofs from the perspective of roof energy saving effects are analyzed and compared,to provide reference for the optimization and transformation of roof structure of rural self-built houses.The optimal air sandwich spacing of double-layer ventilation roof is 0.3m calculated by traditional empirical formula,and the energy consumption of traditional flat,sloped roof and double-layer ventilated roof were simulated by ECOTECT software,and comparison results show that the total annual air conditioning load of double-layer flat roof is reduced by 837.80 kW·h and 1454.81 kW·h respectively compared with ordinary flat roof and traditional sloped roof.Compared with the use of traditional flat roof and tile sloped roof,the energy saving rate of self-built houses using double-layer ventilation roof is increased by 4.25%and 2.45%respectively.The double-layer ventilated roof has good thermal insulation and thermal insulation effect,helps increase roof utilization,and effectively improves the living conditions of rural self-built houses.
