摘 要:以660MW超超临界、前后墙对冲燃烧的直流锅炉为例,在偏离设计煤种、负荷深调至30%情况下,验证锅炉能否保证稳定燃烧。对深调过程中出现锅炉水冷壁超温问题进行分析,提出有效的运行调整措施。深调过程中存在一次风压、总风量自动控制不能满足运行调整需要的情况,将相关逻辑进行优化。锅炉在深度过程中出现SCR入口温度低问题,提出有效的调整手段。将上述问题提出有效的应对策略并应用实践,对同类型锅炉深调调峰工作有一定的借鉴作用。Scheme of deep load regulation was realized in a 660MW ultra-supercritical once-through boiler with front and back wall combustion to ascertain whether steady combustion under off-design coal be kept when load variation reached to 30%.Overtemperature of water cooling wall during deep load adjustment was analyzed,and effective operation adjustment measures were put forward.The automatic control strategy of primary air pressure and total air volume were optimized and effective measures of adjustment were proposed to meet demand deep load regulation.Furthermore,effective measures were taken to lift the temperature at inlet of SCR during deep load regulation.
