摘  要:针对某沿江火力发电机组凝汽器换热管束受贝类堵塞和泥沙沉积,造成凝汽器胶球清洗效果不佳的问题,在对原凝汽器进口水室和出水侧的在线清冲洗装置机械臂进行优化设计的基础上,应用凝汽器在线水冲洗装置解决了凝汽器换热管束受粘泥、贝类杂物阻塞的问题。试验验证得出,改造后凝汽器真空提高约0.16kPa,具有较好的节能效果,相比于胶球单独清洗,能够更好地清洗凝汽器中的粘泥、贝类等杂质,对于维持凝汽器清洁系数和换热管束的通透率具有较好的效果。In response to the problem of poor cleaning effect of condenser rubber balls caused by shellfish blockage and sediment deposition in the heat exchange tube bundle of a certain coal-fired power plant along the river,based on the optimization design of the mechanical arm of the online cleaning and flushing device and inlet side of the original condenser,the online water flushing device of the condenser should be used to solve the problem of condenser heat exchange tube bundle being blocked by mud and shellfish debris.The test verification concludes that the condenser vacuum is increased by about 0.16kPa after the modification of this unit,which has a better energy-saving effect,and compared with the cleaning of the rubber ball alone,it can better clean the impurities such as slime and shellfish in the condenser,and it has a better effect on the maintenance of the cleaning coefficient of the condenser and the permeability rate of the heat exchanger tube bundles.
