术中GCS联合足底动静脉泵干预预防妇科肿瘤患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究术中梯度压力弹力袜(GCS)联合足底动静脉泵干预预防妇科肿瘤患者术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的效果。方法于2020.2-2021.2采用随机数字表法将84例妇科肿瘤患者分为参照组(术中GCS干预)和试验组(术中足底动静脉泵干预)各42例,对干预效果进行分析比较。结果在DVT发生率上,与参照组9.52%相比,试验组0.00%显著较低(P<0.05),试验组卧床时间、住院时间短于参照组,住院费用低于参照组(P<0.05),干预前两组凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)指标对比无差异(P>0.05),干预后试验组APTT、TT、PT指标均高于参照组,Fbg低于参照组(P<0.05),护理前研究对象各项生活质量评分比较无差异(P>0.05),护理后试验组社会功能、生理功能、生理职能等各项健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论GCS联合足底静脉泵应用于妇科肿瘤患者手术中,能有效降低下肢深静脉血栓发生率,缩短卧床和住院时间,减少住院费用,改善凝血功能,提高生活质量.Objective To explore the effect of intraoperative gradient pressure elastic socks(GCS)combined with plantar arteriovenous pump intervention to prevent postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with gynecological tumors.Methods In 2020.2-2021.2,84 gynecological tumor patients were divided into the reference group(intraoperative GCS intervention)and 42 patients in the trial group(intraoperative AVV intervention)were analyzed and compared.Results are based on the incidence of DVT,Compared with 9.52%in the reference group,0.00%was significantly lower in the test group(P<0.05),Bedtime and hospital stay in the test group were shorter than the reference group,The hospitalization cost was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05),There was no difference between the two groups in thrombin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(Fbg)index before intervention(P>0.05),APTT,TT and PT indexes in the postintervention test group were higher than the reference group,The Fbg was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05),There was no difference in quality of life scores(P>0.05),The scores of the social function,physiological function and physiological function were higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion GCS combined with FVT pump intervention in gynecological cancer patients can effectively reduce the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis,shorten bed stay and hospital stay,reduce hospitalization cost,improve coagulation function,improve the quality of life,
