摘 要:目的探究全血糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))、尿糖(GLU)以及血脂联合检测在2型糖尿病(T2DM)中的应用价值。方法选择2021年~2023年期间本院收治的196例T2DM病人为观察组,200例健康体检者为对照组。对两组的HbA_(1c)、GLU、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平进行检测并比较。结果相较于对照组,观察组HbA_(1c)、GLU、TG、TC以及LDL-C水平均明显升高(P<0.05);HDL-C水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论在T2DM病人中,将HbA_(1c)、GLU以及血脂水平进行联合检测,可以反应出疾病的严重程度和血糖的控制情况,有助于T2DM病人的临床治疗,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the value of combined detection of total glycated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c)),urine glucose(GLU),and blood lipid in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 196 T2DM patients admitted to the hospital between 2021 and 2023 were selected as an observation group and 200 healthy patients as a control group.Levels of HbA_(1c),GLU,Triglyceride(TG),Total Cholesterol(TC),Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(LDL-C),and High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C)were measured and compared in both groups.Results The levels of HbA_(1c),GLU,TG,TC,and LDL-C were all significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05)and significantly lower in the HDL-C group(P<0.05)compared to the control group.Conclusion In T2DM patients,the combined detection of HbA_(1c),GLU and blood lipid levels can reflect the severity of the disease and the control of blood sugar,which is helpful to the clinical treatment of T2DM patients and worthy of further popularization and application.
