摘 要:TiCN基金属陶瓷是近年来发展的刀具材料之一,0.8µmTiC_(0.5)N_(0.5)超细碳氮化钛粉末是制备高强度金属陶瓷刀具重要原料。本文以TiO_(2)为原料,采用温度工艺控制法制备了TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5)超细粉末;利用FSSS、激光粒度分布、SEM等方法分析合成粉末的性能;研究了不同混合料装舟和不同碳管炉加热方式的热处理组合,得到合成TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5)的最佳温度。结果表明:不同的热处理组合其合成TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5)的最佳工艺温度不同,合成工艺温度越低合成粉末粒度越小,1530℃温度工艺合成了FSSS为0.8µm、窄分布、球形的TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5)超细粉末。TiCN based cermet is one of the tool materials developed in recent years.0.8µm TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5) ultrafine titanium carbonitride powder is an important raw material for preparing high-strength cermet tools.This paper uses TiO_(2) as the raw material to prepare TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5) ultrafine powder by temperature-controlled process.The properties of the synthesized powders were investigated by FSSS,laser particle size distribution,SEM and chemical analysis.The optimal temperature for synthesizing TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5) was obtained by the heat treatment combinations of different mixture loading and different carbon tube furnace heating methods.The results show that the optimal process temperature for synthesizing TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5) varies with different heat treatment combinations;The lower the synthesis process temperature,the smaller the particle size of synthesized powder;TiC_(0.5)N_(0.5) ultrafine powder with a narrow distribution and spherical FSSS of 0.8µm was synthesized under 1530℃.
