摘　　要：《倾斜数字航空摄影成果质量检验技术规程》是针对倾斜航空摄影成果质量检查与验收制定的行业标准,是我国系列航摄成果质量检验技术文件的重要组成部分,对于完善航摄成果质量检验标准体系、提升倾斜航摄数据生产质量具有重要意义。本文介绍了这一行业标准的编制原则和编制依据,重点阐述了倾斜航摄成果与传统框幅式航摄成果在质量检验内容、质量评价方法等方面的不同,以便该标准更好地宣贯与实施。The Technical regulations for quality inspection and acceptance of oblique digital aerial photography results is an industry standard specifically formulated for quality inspection and acceptance of oblique digital aerial photography results.It is an important component of the quality inspection and acceptance technology file of Chinese series aerial photography results.It is of great significance for improving the quality inspection and acceptance standard system of digital aerial photography results,and promoting the production quality of oblique digital aerial photography data.This paper introduces the principles and basis for the compilation of the industry standard,and focuses on the differences between the results of oblique aerial photography and the traditional frame aerial photography in quality inspection and acceptance content and quality evaluation methods,so as to better publicize and implement the standard.
