摘 要:本文利用三维激光扫描仪,以某高铁隧道项目为研究对象,通过制定扫描计划,快速获取隧道内高密度点云数据;利用无标靶拼接技术,通过测站点云建立、点云拼接、精度校核及点云去噪,提取隧道的数字孪生模型,并应用于变形监测、厚度检测等。研究结果表明,本文提出的扫描计划及无标靶拼接技术可以快速完成隧道内三维激光扫描和数据处理工作,所得数据满足监测使用要求,整体隧道点云精度可控,能够提取隧道全生命周期的数字孪生模型,对今后隧道施工有较好的借鉴作用。Taking a high speed railway tunnel project as the research object,a 3D laser scanner is used to quickly obtain the high density point cloud data in the tunnel by making a scanning plan.By using target free splicing technology,the digital twin model of the tunnel is extracted and applied to deformation monitoring and thickness detection through cloud establishment,point cloud splicing,precision verification and point cloud denoising.The results show that the scanning plan and target free splicing technology proposed in this paper can quickly complete the 3D laser scanning work and data processing in the tunnel,the obtained data can meet the monitoring and use requirements,the overall tunnel point cloud precision is controllable,and the digital twin model of the whole life cycle of the tunnel can be extracted,which has a good reference effect on the future tunnel construction.
