摘　　要：中国共产党领导组织发动了全国第一次工运高潮,展示出新生共产党的信仰力量和组织力量,中国工人阶级以崭新面貌登上历史舞台,京汉铁路工人运动和安源路矿工人运动在此期间团结支援,英勇斗争,显示出工人阶级的强大力量,为党的三大确立国共合作统一战线政策,开展大革命运动,发挥了直接的推进与促成的历史作用。The leading organization of the Communist Party of China initiated the fi rst wave of labor movement in China,showcasing the new-born party's convictions and strong organization.This sparked a new era for the Chinese working class,who banded together in solidarity and backed each other up in valiant strikes,highlighting the resolute nature of the working class.They played a historical role in directly promoting the Third CPC National Congress in establishing the united revolutionary front based on the Kuomintang(KMT)-Communist cooperation and launching the tremendous antiimperialist movement from 1924 to 1927.
