摘 要:针对百万千瓦级汽轮发电机定子线棒的传统双罗贝尔换位方法环流附加损耗较大的实际问题,提出了一种新型交叉换位方法。以一台1 055 MW汽轮发电机为例,研究新型交叉换位方法的降损原理以及换位结构,建立了定子三维全域场路耦合有限元模型,真实模拟了定子线棒换位方法以及端部渐开线结构,得到采用新型交叉换位方法时定子线棒的股线电流分布以及环流附加损耗并与传统双罗贝尔换位方法进行了比较。研究表明,提出的新型交叉换位方法可以有效平衡定子线棒股线间的环流、抑制环流附加损耗,对于1 055 MW汽轮发电机,与传统双罗贝尔换位方法相比,采用新型交叉换位方法可以使得定子线棒环流附加损耗减小31.5%。A new cross transposition method was proposed to address the practical problem of large additional losses in the circulation of the stator bars of a megawatt turbo-generator by the traditional Double-Roebel transposition method.Taking a 1055 MW turbo-generator as an example,the loss reduction principle and transposition structure of the new cross transposition method were studied,a three-dimensional full-domain field-coupled finite element model of the stator was established,and the stator bar transposition method and the end involute structure were simulated.The current distribution of the stator bar strands and the additional losses in the circulating current were obtained by the new cross transposition method,and compared with the traditional Double-Roebel transposition method.It is shown that the proposed new cross transposition method can effectively balance the circulating current between the stator bar strands and suppress the circulating current additive loss,and for 1055 MW turbo-generator,the new cross transposition method can reduce the circulating current additive loss of the stator bars by 31.5%compared with the traditional Double-Roebel transposition method.
