摘　　要：目的:研究尿道下裂患儿在手术治疗后以快速康复理念为依据实施早期进食干预的临床价值。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年8月江西省儿童医院收治的300例尿道下裂患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=150)和观察组(n=150)。对照组接受常规儿科手术护理,观察组在常规儿科手术护理基础上,以快速康复理念为依据实施早期进食干预。比较两组护理前后营养状态、免疫功能指标,记录两组不良事件发生情况和术后疼痛消失时间、住院总时间,以及家属对护理的满意度。结果:护理前后两组白蛋白、血红蛋白、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良事件(恶心呕吐、伤口感染、伤口渗血)发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组疼痛消失时间、住院总时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组家属满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尿道下裂患儿在手术治疗后以快速康复理念为依据实施早期进食干预,能够减少术后恶心呕吐、伤口感染、伤口渗血的发生,并能缩短术后恢复时间,使家属对护理的满意度提高。Objective:To study the clinical value of early feeding intervention in children with hypospadias after surgical treatment based on the fast track concept.Method:A total of 300 children with hypospadias treated in Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and divided into the control group(n=150)and the observation group(n=150)according to random number table method.The control group received routine pediatric surgical nursing,and the observation group received early feeding intervention based on the fast track concept.The nutritional status and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared before and after nursing,and the occurrence of adverse events,the time of pain disappearance,total hospital stay and family members'satisfaction with nursing of the two groups were recorded.Result:There were no significant differences in albumin,hemoglobin,CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) between the two groups before and after nursing(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events(nausea and vomiting,wound infection,wound bleeding)in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The time of pain disappearance and the total hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Family members'satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early feeding intervention in children with hypospadias after surgical treatment based on the fast track concept can reduce the occurrence of nausea and vomiting,wound infection,wound bleeding,shorten the postoperative recovery time,and improve the family members'satisfaction of nursing.
