摘　　要：目的研究单边双通道内镜技术(unilateral biportal endoscopy,UBE)治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术配合及围手术期护理管理方案。方法选取2019年12月至2022年9月于浙江省立同德医院因腰椎间盘突出症接受UBE手术的169例患者。建立系统的UBE手术围手术期护理管理方案,包括病房护理与手术室护理。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,平均手术时间(98.46±12.49)min,视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分由术前(5.56±1.03)分降至末次随访的(2.38±0.78)分,Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)由术前(55.98±12.63)%降低至末次随访的(33.46±10.30)%。结论在良好的围手术期护理配合下,UBE技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的安全性和有效性。Objective To study the operative coordination and perioperative nursing management program of unilateral biportal endoscopy(UBE)surgery for lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 169 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation receiving UBE in Tongde Hospital of Zhejiang Province were included in this study from December 2019 to September 2022.Systematic perioperative nursing management program was established,including ward nursing and operative nursing.Results All the patients have been through the surgery successfully,the average operative time was(98.46±12.49)minutes,the visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain was decreased from(5.56±1.03)points before surgery to(2.38±0.78)points at the last follow-up,the Oswestry disability index(ODI)score was decreased from(55.98±12.63)%before surgery to(33.46±10.30)%at the last follow-up.Conclusion Under the well perioperative nursing coordination,the UBE technique has good safety and effectiveness to treat lumbar disc herniation.
