摘　　要：目的探讨张金虎主任医师理气化瘀止痛汤治疗气滞血瘀型小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎(ML)的临床效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月初次就诊于西安市儿童医院的80例气滞血瘀型ML患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和理气化瘀止痛汤组,各40例。对照组予以四磨汤口服液,理气化瘀止痛汤组予以理气化瘀止痛汤。比较两组的治疗效果。结果理气化瘀止痛汤组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,理气化瘀止痛汤组的腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐、食欲不振、大便干燥评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,理气化瘀止痛汤组的肠系膜淋巴结纵径、横径短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,理气化瘀止痛汤组的降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论理气化瘀止痛汤治疗气滞血瘀型小儿ML的效果良好,可改善腹痛、腹胀等临床症状,缩短腹部肠系膜淋巴结大小,改善炎性因子水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhang Jinhu's chief physician Liqi Huayu Zhitong decoction in the treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis(ML)in children with Qi stagnancy and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 80 children with ML of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type who were first admitted in Xi'an Children's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects.The children were divided into control group and Liqi Huayu Zhitong decoction group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given Simo decoction oral liquid,and the Liqi Huayu Zhitong decoction group was given Liqi Huayu Zhitong decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the Liqi Huayu Zhitong decoction group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting,loss of appetite and dry stool in the Liqi Huayu Zhitong decoction group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the longitudinal and transverse diameters of mesenteric lymph nodes in the Liqi Huayu Zhitong decoction group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the Liqi Huayu Zhitong decoction group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liqi Huayu Zhitong decoction has a good effect on ML in children with Qi stagnation and blood stasis type,it can improve clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain and abdominal distension,shorten the size of abdominal mesenteric lymph nodes,and improve the levels of inflammatory factors.
