摘 要:目的探讨思维导图模式护理干预对新生儿窒息患儿神经发育及Apgar评分的影响。方法选取2019年4月至2022年4月我院收治的50例新生儿窒息患儿为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,各25例。观察组采用思维导图模式护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的抢救时间、呼吸功能恢复时间及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的心率、收缩压、舒张压及血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。出生后1 h,两组的Apgar评分均明显提高,且观察组的Apgar总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、pH高于对照组,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思维导图模式护理干预可缩短新生儿窒息患儿的抢救时间、呼吸功能恢复时间及住院时间,稳定其心率、血压及血氧饱和度,提高神经发育及Apgar评分,改善血气指标,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of mind mapping model nursing intervention on neurological development and Apgar score in children with neonatal asphyxia.Methods A total of 50 children with neonatal asphyxia admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with mind mapping model nursing intervention,and the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The rescue time,respiratory function recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and oxygen saturation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of each dimension of Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).One hour after birth,the Apgar scores of the two groups significantly improved,and the total Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and pH in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping model nursing intervention can shorten the rescue time,respiratory function recovery time and hospitalization time of children with neonatal asphyxia,stabilize their heart rate,blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation,improve nerve development and Apgar score,and improve blood gas indexes,which is worthy of promotion.
