摘　　要：目的探讨3H理念护理模式在胃癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月收治的80例胃癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40,常规护理干预)和观察组(n=40,3H理念护理模式干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后2个月,观察组的对现实与未来的积极态度、与他人维持亲密关系、积极行动评分及总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后2个月,观察组的睡眠障碍、对日间影响、催眠药物、睡眠效率、睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后2个月,观察组的90项症状清单(SCL-90)评分低于对照组,生活质量(QOL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论3H理念护理模式在胃癌患者中的应用效果较好,可显著提升患者的希望水平,改善睡眠质量及心理状态,提升生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of 3H concept nursing mode in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer admitted from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(n=40,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=40,3H concept nursing mode intervention).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 2 months after intervention,the positive attitude towards reality and future,maintaining close relationship with others,positive action scores and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention,the scores of sleep disorders,daytime effects,hypnotic drugs,sleep efficiency,sleep quality,time before falling asleep and sleep time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 months after intervention,the score of Symptom Check List-90(SCL-90)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of Quality of Life(QOL)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3H concept nursing mode in patients with gastric cancer has better application effect,which can significantly improve the hope level of patients,improve sleep quality and psychological state,and improve the quality of life.
