摘　　要：目的分析综合性护理在上颌窦内提升种植牙围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月江苏大学附属医院口腔科需要行上颌窦内提升种植牙手术治疗的122例患者为研究对象,按照入院顺序将其分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组围术期采用常规护理,观察组围术期采用综合性护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理在上颌窦内提升种植牙围手术期中的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁状态,减少不良反应的发生,提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床中进一步推广并应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing in maxillary sinus lifting implants during perioperative period.Methods A total of 122 patients who underwent maxillary sinus lifting implants surgery in the stomatology department of Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 61 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing during perioperative period,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing during perioperative period.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing in maxillary sinus lifting implants during perioperative period has remarkable application effect,it can effectively improve the anxiety and depression state of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
