沟槽型织构化圆锥滚子轴承保持架的动力学分析

摘  要:为揭示织构化圆锥滚子轴承保持架的动力学行为,首先利用三维建模软件对轴承外滚道进行了径向沟槽织构化处理,沟槽的深度为50μm,宽度分别为54.59μm,233.27μm,466.52μm,对应周向角度分别为0.117°,0.5°,0.9°。沟槽条数为30,再利用Adams平台对织构化滚动轴承保持架质心运动轨迹进行了动力学仿真分析。结果表明:随着轴承内圈转速的提高,保持架质心的运动轨迹呈椭圆的趋势越明显,保持架稳定性也越高,在相同转速条件下,适当的织构参数可以降低保持架质心运动轨迹的波动性,织构宽度为233.27μm,对应周向角度0.5°的保持架质心轨迹波动最小,运行更为稳定。In order to reveal the dynamic behavior of the textured tapered roller bearing cage,firstly,the radial groove texture of the outer raceway of the bearing was processed using 3D modeling software,and the groove depth was 50μm.The width is respectively 54.59μm,233.27μm,466.52μm.The corresponding circumferential angles are 0.117°,0.5°and 0.9°respectively.The number of grooves is 30,and then the dynamic simulation analysis of the centroid motion track of the textured rolling bearing cage is carried out using Adams platform.The results show that with the increase of the rotation speed of the inner ring of the bearing,the movement track of the cage centroid shows an elliptical trend,and the stability of the cage is also higher.At the same rotation speed,appropriate texture parameters can reduce the volatility of the cage centroid movement track,and the texture width is 233.27μm(circumferential angle 0.5°)has the smallest fluctuation of the centroid track of the cage and more stable operation of the cage.
