摘 要:建立微波消解-能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定铜精矿中铜含量的不确定度评定方法。依据不确定度评定要求和该方法测定铜精矿中铜含量的数学模型,分别计算标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合、试样称量、试样消解、消解液定容、测试重复性各自引入的相对标准不确定度,得到扩展不确定度。采用置信概率为95%,铜精矿中铜含量测定结果为(16.59±1.40)%。影响结果不确定度的主要分量的贡献依次为测试重复性、校准曲线拟合、试样消解、标准溶液配制、试样称量及消解液定容。To establish an uncertainty evaluation method for the determination of copper content in copper concentrate by microwave digestion-energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry.According to the uncertainty assessment requirements and the mathematical model for the determination of copper content in copper concentrates by this method,the standard solution preparation,standard curve fitting,sample weighing,sample digestion,digestion solution constant volume,and test repeatability are respectively introduced.The relative standard uncertainty of,get the expanded uncertainty.Using a confidence probability of 95%,the copper content in the copper concentrate was determined to be(16.59±1.40)%.The main components that affect the uncertainty of the results are the test repeatability,calibration curve fitting,sample digestion,standard solution preparation,sample weighing and digestion solution constant volume.
