含挥发油饮片草豆蔻标准汤剂的质量评价方法研究

摘　　要：本文制备草豆蔻饮片标准汤剂,并建立质量评价方法,按要求制备10批草豆蔻标准汤剂,测定山姜素、乔松素成分含量并计算转移率,测定挥发油含量并计算其转移率,测定出膏率,并建立标准汤剂HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。本文通过对10批标准草豆蔻汤剂进行测定,山姜素转移率为31.7%~56.3%,乔松素转移率为15.5%~35.6%,挥发油转移率为50.6%~79.2%,出膏率为8.8%~13.7%;指纹图谱中标定了8个共有峰,指认了其中4个峰,10批草豆蔻标准汤剂相似度均>0.9。本研究可为草豆蔻配方颗粒制备提供标准参考。To prepare Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen standard decotion,and to establish the method for the quality evaluation.10 batches of Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen standard decotion were prepared according to requirement.Alpinetin and pinocembrin were determined and the transfer rate was calculated.The volatile oil was determined and the transfer rate was calculated.The extraction rate was determined.The HPLC fingerprint chromatogram analysis method of the standard decotion was established.According to the detection of 10 batches of Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen standard decotion,the transfer rate of alpinetin ranged from 31.7%to 56.3%,the transfer rate of pinocembrin ranged from 15.5%to 35.6%,the transfer rate of the volatile oil ranged from 50.6%~79.2%,and the extraction rate ranged from 8.8%to 13.7%.8 common peaks were determined and 4 of them were identified in the fingerprint chromatogram.Moreover,the similarities of 10 batches of Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen standard decotion were all over 0.9.This study can provide a standard reference for the preparation of Alpiniae Katsumadai Semen formula granules.
