摘  要:埕北斜397井下部地层油泥岩坍塌压力高,上部地层承压能力弱,同一裸眼段地层压力系数差异大,导致钻井过程中发生上漏下塌等复杂情况。通过改进钻井液体系配方及优化井身轨迹,提高承压堵漏效果,采用多层级粒度级配承压堵漏配方,配合使用高效油基纳米封堵剂、微纳米封堵剂等提高上部地层承压能力,成功钻穿东营组油泥岩地层337m,有力地保障了下部易坍塌油泥岩的顺利施工。The collapse pressure of oil and mudstone in the lower formation of Chengbei X397 Well was high,the pressure bearing capacity of the upper formation was weak,and the pressure coefficient of the formation in the same open hole section was greatly different,leading to complex situations such as upper leakage and lower collapse during drilling.By improving the drilling fluid system formula and optimizing the wellbore trajectory,the effectiveness of pressure bearing and plugging had been improved.A multi-layer particle size graded pressure bearing and plugging formula had been adopted,combined with the use of efficient oil-based nano sealing agents,micro nano sealing agents,etc.,to improve the pressure bearing capacity of the upper formation.The successful drilling of 337m through the Dongying Formation oil shale formation effectively ensured the smooth construction of the lower easily collapsing oil shale.
