摘  要:教师是高校发展的第一资源,教师的教学发展影响甚至决定着高校人才培养质量。高校教师的教学发展需要科学评价,增值评价的实施为教师教学发展提供了有力支持。增值评价研究目前处于探索阶段,随着数智技术、循证教育评价理念的应用,推动了开展增值评价探索的步伐。文章在对地方应用型高校教师教学发展内涵特征、常用增值评价统计模型进行分析的基础上,提出了高校青年教师教学发展增值评价的理论模型与实施框架,对需要解决的关键问题进行探讨并提出实施建议。Teachers are the first resource for the development of colleges and universities.The teaching development of young teachers in local application-oriented colleges and universities affects or even determines the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.The teaching development of young college teachers needs scientific evaluation,and value-added evaluation provides support for teachers’teaching development.The research of value-added evaluation is currently in the exploration and development stage.With the application of digital intelligence technology and evidence-based education evaluation concept,the pace of value-added evaluation exploration has been promoted.On the basis of analyzing the connotation characteristics and commonly used value-added evaluation statistical models of the teaching development of local applied university teachers,the article proposes a theoretical model and implementation framework for value-added evaluation of young university teachers’teaching development.It analyzes the key issues that need to be solved and proposes implementation suggestions.
