摘　　要：在系统总结西藏地学旅游资源成因与特点基础上,将该区资源划分为16种主要类型,并对地学旅游资源开发现状及其存在的问题进行了分析,提出完善地学旅游资源保护与开发机制,加大开发投入;加强资源调查评价与规划,加快地质公园建设;加强地学与人文旅游资源融合,实现协同发展;以及加大地学旅游专业人才培养与引进力度是推动西藏地学旅游资源开发和高质量发展应采取的主要策略。The special and complex geological process in Tibet created the most abundant and unique geo-tourism resources in the world.However,the development and utilization of geo-tourism resources is still limited.Due to the fragile natural and ecological environment in Tibet,how to rationally protect natural environment and develop geo-tourism resources is a challenge for both tourism academia and administrative organization.this paper,Tibet's geo-tourism resources classified into 16 main categories based on the types and characteristics of geo-tourism resources in Tibet,and analyzed the current situation and outstanding problems in the development of geo-tourism resources.By combining with the above analysis,we put forward the main strategy to accelerate the development of geo-tourism resources in Tibet including improving the management and increasing investment on protection and development of geo-tourism resources,strengthening the resources investigation and enhancing the construction of geological parks,highlighting the integration between the geological and cultural tourism resources,and increasing the training and introduction of interdisciplinary professionals.
