内生真菌对盐胁迫复水后野大麦种子萌发的影响

摘  要:为探究内生真菌侵染对不同盐类型和盐浓度胁迫复水后野大麦种子萌发和幼苗生长特性的影响,本研究以带菌(E+)野大麦和不带菌(E-)野大麦种子为研究对象,采用4种单盐(NaCl、Na_(2)SO_(4)、Na_(2)CO_(3)、NaHCO_(3))和1种复合盐(NaCl∶Na_(2)CO_(3)=1∶1),分别设定低盐(100 mmol/L)、中盐(200 mmol/L)、高盐(300 mmol/L)3个盐浓度对带菌(E+)野大麦和不带菌(E-)野大麦种子萌发进行盐胁迫处理,分析内生真菌对盐胁迫复水后带菌(E+)野大麦和不带菌(E-)野大麦种子萌发和幼苗生长特性的影响。结果表明:带菌状态、盐类型和盐浓度均对野大麦种子萌发特性存在极显著影响。其中,带菌状态与盐浓度、盐浓度与盐类型对野大麦种子发芽率存在极显著交互作用,带菌状态、盐浓度和盐类型对野大麦种子发芽率存在极显著三者交互作用。不同类型盐胁迫复水后对带菌(E+)野大麦和不带菌(E-)野大麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用存在差异,带菌(E+)野大麦种子发芽率和胚根长度显著高于不带菌(E-)野大麦种子发芽率和胚根长度。由此可见,盐碱地自然复水条件下,内生真菌可提高野大麦种子萌发和幼苗成活能力,进而增强野大麦对盐胁迫逆境的适应能力,这将为利用野大麦内生真菌进行耐盐性种质资源创新提供理论依据。The seeds of Hordeum brevisubulatum with endophyte-infected(E+)and endophyte-free(E-)are taken as research objects to explore the effects of Epichloёendophyte on the seed germination and seedling growth characteristics after rewatering under different salt types and salt concentration stresses.Four types of single salt(NaCl,Na_(2)SO_(4),Na_(2)CO__(3)and NaHCO_(3))and one compound salt(NaCl∶Na_(2)CO_(3)=1∶1)are used in this paper.There are three salt concentrations set up in the paper,namely low salt(100 mmol/L),medium salt(200 mmol/L)and high salt(300 mmol/L)to perform salt stress on the seed germination of H.brevisubulatum with E+and E-.Therefore,the effects of Epichloёendophyte on the germination and seedling growth characteris-tics of H.brevisubulatum with E+and E-are analyzed after rewatering under salt stress.The results show that fungal infection status,salt type and salt concentration all have a significant impact on the germination characteristics of H.brevisubulatum.Among them,there is a highly significant interaction between fungal infection status and salt concentration,as well as between salt concentration and salt type on the seed germination rate.In addition,there is a highly significant interaction among fungal infection status,salt concentration and salt type on the seed germination rate.The inhibitory effects of different salt stresses on the seed germination and seedling growth of H.brerisubulatum with E+and E-are different after rewatering.Compared with the control,the seed germination rates of E+and E-decrease after rewatering under salt stress.Besides,the seedlings and radicle length are shorter.The germination rate,seedling height and radicle length of H.brevisubulatum seed with E+are significantly higher than those of the seed with E-.It can be seen that under the natural rewatering of alkali soil,Epichloёendophyte can improve the seed germination and seedling survival ability of H.brevisubulatum,and further enhance its adaptability to salt stress stress,which will provide a theoreti
