摘  要:为了解万寿菊雄性不育两用系活性氧代谢的特点,本研究以万寿菊雄性不育两用系2-2为试验材料,分别测定不育株和可育株在不同生长时期叶片及花蕾的过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)4种抗氧化酶的活性及丙二醛(MDA)和抗坏血酸(AsA)的含量,分析育性与抗氧化酶活性、抗氧化物质的关系。结果表明:叶片中可育株的POD、APX、CAT活性总体高于不育株,花蕾横径在1.1~1.5 cm时,4种抗氧化酶均表现为不育株高于可育株,不育株抗氧化物质MDA、AsA含量逐渐积累,说明抗氧化酶和抗氧化物质的变化与万寿菊的育性密切相关。本研究为万寿菊雄性不育的成因提供了一定的理论依据,为雄性不育两用系进一步高效制种、育种奠定了基础。Tagetes erecta L.male sterile two-type line is used as experimental materials to explore its active oxygen metabolism characteristics.The activities of peroxidase(POD),ascorbic acid peroxidase(APX),Catalase(CAT),Superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the leaves and buds of sterile and fertile plants at each growth stage are measured in this paper.Besides,the content of Malondialdehyde(MDA)and ascorbic acid(AsA)is measured at each growth stage.The results show that the POD,APX and CAT activities of the leaves of fertile plants are higher than those of sterile plants.When the range of bud diameter is 1.1~1.5 cm,the activities of four antioxidant enzymes are higher in sterile plants than in fertile plants,and the content of antioxidant MDA and AsA in the sterile plants gradually accumulates,indicating that the variations of antioxidant enzymes and antioxidant substances are closely related to the fertility of T.erecta L.This study provides a theoretical basis for the cause of male sterility of T.erecta L.In addition,it lays a foundation for further efficient seed production and breeding of T.erecta L.male sterile two-type line.
