摘 要:ISO/IEC 17025要求“开展检测的实验室应评定测量不确定度”,但现行使用的全站仪加常数、乘常数检定流程和检定结果没有不确定度分析和评价,所得检定测量结果缺乏量化参数的描述。以TS06power-2″型号全站仪为例,使用不确定度传递法和蒙特卡罗法对加常数、乘常数测量进行了不确定度评价。研究结果表明,2种评定方法加常数、乘常数的评定结果差值分别为0.04 mm和0.09 mm,且2种评定方法的评定结果都满足检定限差要求,说明2种评定方法均有效且可行。ISO/IEC 17025 requires that“the laboratory carrying out testing shall evaluate the measurement uncertainty”,but the current total station plus constant and multiplication constant verification process and verification results have no uncertainty analysis and evaluation,and the verification and measurement results lack the description of quantitative parameters.Taking TS06power-2″total station as an example,the uncertainty transfer method and Monte Carlo method are used to evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement of addition constant and multiplication constant.The research results indicate that the difference between the two evaluation methods in the evaluation results of additive constant and multiplicative constant are 0.04 mm and 0.09 mm,respectively,and both meet the verification limit requirements,indicating that both evaluation methods are effective and feasible.
