摘 要:基于气腹机工作原理及相关计量技术规范开展气腹机校准方法的研究,建立模拟腹腔系统,搭建气腹机计量检测装置。重点论述气腹机计量检测装置的软硬件功能架构,采用自动化测量程序实现了气腹机的智能化计量校准。针对一款典型的气腹机,开展计量校准检测并进行不确定度评定,气压设置值误差扩展不确定度为77.02 Pa(k=2),流量显示值误差扩展不确定度为5.98%(k=2),结果表明研制的气腹机计量检测装置能够应用于气腹机性能检测。Based on the working principle of insufflator and relevant measurement technical specifications,the research on the calibration method of insufflator is carried out,a simulated abdominal cavity system is established,and the calibration device of insufflator is built.Software and hardware functional architecture of the calibration device of insufflator are elaborated,intelligent calibration of insufflator is realized by utilizing automatic measurement program.A typical insufflator model is calibrated and the uncertainty is evaluated.The expanded uncertainty of air pressure set value error is 77.02 Pa(k=2),and the expanded uncertainty of flow display value error is 5.98%(k=2).The results show that the developed calibration device of insufflator can be applied to the performance testing of insufflator.
