摘 要:研制了一种具有温度连续可调功能的超低温可调恒温器装置,阐述了该装置的设计原理、具体结构、测试过程及实验结果。为了验证该装置的性能,进行了装置温度波动度实验、孔间温差(均匀度)实验、升温速率测试,结果表明:温度波动度优于2 mK/10 min,孔间温差优于2 mK,升温速率优于1.5℃/min;同时完成了温度控制器的设计,可实现多段控温和单段控温切换。所研制的超低温可调恒温器装置的温度范围为-180~-60℃,控温分辨力为0.001K。An ultra-low temperature adjustable thermostat device with continuously adjustable temperature function was developed,the design principle,specific structure,testing process,and experimental results of the device were described.In order to verify the performance of the device,the experiment of the device temperature volatility,the inter hole temperature uniformity experiment,and the heating rate tests were performed.The results show that the temperature volatility is better than 2 mK/10 min,the temperature difference is better than 2 mK and the heating rate is better than 1.5℃/min.At the same time,the design of the temperature controller was completed,which can realize switching between multi-stage and single-stage temperature control.The developed ultra-low temperature adjustable thermostat device has a temperature range of-180~-60℃and a temperature control resolution of 0.001 K.
