中国式现代化:民族互嵌式社会结构的逻辑出发点和实践立足点

摘　　要：中国式现代化在总体上统领、规定民族互嵌式社会结构,而民族互嵌式社会结构在根本上服务、统一于中国式现代化,二者之间是整体与部分的辩证关系。有鉴于此,论及民族互嵌式社会结构时便不能拘泥于民族工作的单一视阈,抑或停留在中华民族共同体建设的单一维度,而应将其置于中国式现代化的宽广视野中,立足现代化之变以论其必然,着眼现代化之问以观其实然,聚焦现代化之规律以解其应然。由此可知,构建民族互嵌式社会结构的实践指向不应限于“互嵌”本身,即不是简单地、抽象地追求互嵌程度的高低,而应当与中国式现代化“同心”“同向”“同频”“同行”,对推动中国式现代化具有多维的正向作用,这才是构建民族互嵌式社会结构真正的逻辑出发点和实践立足点。On the whole,Chinese path to modernization dominates and stipulates the national mutual embedded social structure.The national mutual embedded social structure fundamentally serves and unifies the Chinese path to modernization.There is a dialectical relationship between the whole and the part.In view of this,when it comes to the inter-embedded social structure of ethnic groups,we should not only adhere to the single perspective of ethnic work,or stay in the single dimension of the construction of the communityfor the Chinese nation,but should put it in the broad vision of Chinese path to modernization,discuss its necessity based on the changes of modernization,observe the reality based on the problems of modernization,and carry it out based on the law of modernization.It can be seen that the practical direction of building a national mutual embedded social structure should not be limited to the“inter-embedding”itself,that is,not simply and abstractly pursuing the degree of inter-embedding,but should be“concentric”,“in the same direction”,“in the same frequency”,and“in the same pace”with Chinese path to modernization,which has a multi-dimensional positive effect on promoting Chinese path to modernization.This is the real logical starting point and practical foothold of the national mutual embedded social structure.
