摘 要:为研究夹竹桃和龙须藤合剂对正常大鼠的痛觉调节作用,选取6只雄性Wistar大鼠,提前进行适应性训练,以灌胃生理盐水作为夹竹桃和龙须藤合剂的对照组,合剂配置质量浓度为5、20、40 mg/mL,对大鼠进行灌胃,并分别在5、10、15、20、30、45、60 min分别测定大鼠后爪缩爪反应潜伏期(Hindpaw Withdrawal Latency, HWL)。结果表明,5 mg/mL夹竹桃与龙须藤合剂灌胃后大鼠右爪热刺激HWL与对照组相比有极显著差异(P<0.01),左爪机械刺激HWL与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);20 mg/mL夹竹桃与龙须藤合剂灌胃后大鼠左爪热刺激与机械刺激HWL与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05);40 mg/mL夹竹桃与龙须藤合剂灌胃后大鼠左右爪热刺激HWL与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05),右爪的热刺激HWL与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。夹竹桃和龙须藤合剂能够延长正常大鼠的HWL,表明合剂具有镇痛作用,且在15 min效果达到最佳,即夹竹桃和龙须藤合剂参与了正常大鼠的痛觉调节作用。In order to study the regulation effect of Nerium indicum and Bauhinia Champloni mixture on pain perception in normal rats,six male Wistar rats undergo adaptive training in advance were chosen.Normal saline was used as the control group,the rats were given gavage by the mixture concentration of 5,20,40 mg/mL.Hindpaw withdrawal latency(HWL)was measured at 5,10,15,20,30,45 and 60 min,respectively.The results showed that the HWL of the right paw was significantly different from that of the control(P<0.01),and the HWL of the left paw was significantly different from that of the control(P<0.05)when the concentration of the mixture was 5 mg/mL.The HWL of left paw stimulated by heat and mechanical stimulation were significantly different from that of control group(P<0.05)when the concentration of the mixture was 20 mg/mL.When the concentration was 40 mg/mL,the HWL of the left and right paw were significantly different from that of the control(P<0.05),and the HWL of the right paw was significantly different from that of the control(P<0.05).Nerium indicum and Bauhinia Champloni mixture can prolong the HWL of normal rats,indicating that the mixture has the analgesic effect,and the effect reaches the best within 15 min,that is,Nerium indicum and Bauhinia Champloni mixture is involved in the regulation of pain perception in normal rats.
