非对称空间曲线预应力筋理论伸长量计算分析

摘  要:预应力筋张拉质量由应力和应变进行双控,即以张拉控制应力为主,以预应力筋伸长量作为校核,因此预应力筋伸长量的精确计算尤为重要。参考行业规范、技术标准和相关文献,给出了在两端张拉工况下,非对称空间曲线预应力筋理论伸长量的计算步骤和计算公式,并结合陕西省西安市西阎快速路渭河南主线引桥现浇梁腹板N1钢束张拉工程实例,辅以Mathematica数学计算软件,计算出预应力钢绞线的理论伸长量,同时采用Midas civil有限元软件对其进行建模计算分析。通过对比可知,公式计算和有限元软件计算得出的预应力筋理论伸长量差值小于0.01%,充分证明了计算公式的正确性和可靠性。The tensioning quality of prestressed tendons is controlled by stress and strain,namely the tensioning control is mainly focused on stress,and the elongation of prestressed tendons is used as a verification.Therefore,accurate calculation of the elongation of prestressed tendons is particularly important.Referred to industry specifications,technical standards and relevant literature,the calculation steps and formulas for the theoretical elongation of asymmetric spatial curve prestressed tendons are provided under tension conditions at both ends.Combined with the example of the N1 strand tensioning project of the cast-in-place beam web of the Weihe Main Line Approach Bridge on the Xiyan Expressway in Xi'an,Shaanxi Province,the theoretical elongation of the prestressed strands is calculated by Mathematica mathematical calculation software.At the same time,it was modeled and analyzed by Midas civil finite element software.The difference between the theoretical elongation of prestressed tendons calculated by the formula and finite element software is less than 0.01%by comparison,which fully proving the correctness and reliability of the calculation formula.
