摘 要:为了研究温拌剂对SBS沥青流变性能的影响及其作用机理,首先,通过DSR试验对掺加不同量(1%、3%、5%)温拌剂的SBS沥青的高温流变性能进行了研究,通过频率扫描,构造了沥青主要流变参数主曲线,并分析了不同温度和频率条件下各改性沥青的流变性能,基于频率扫描结果,分析了温拌剂对SBS沥青内部相态变化的影响;通过温度扫描研究了温拌沥青的感温性能。其次,通过MSCR试验研究了SBS沥青和温拌沥青的弹性恢复能力。最后,通过FTIR试验和AFM试验研究了温拌剂对SBS沥青内部化学结构和表面微观形貌的影响。研究结果表明,温拌剂通过增加高温低频区域的弹性模量改善了SBS沥青的高温抗变形能力,降低了感温性能,并显著提高了弹性恢复能力;此外,温拌剂的掺入增加了SBS沥青中轻质组分的含量,提升了微观结构的稳定性和均匀性,使SBS沥青逐渐向单相体系发展。In order to study the effect of warm mix agent on the rheological properties of styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)and its mechanism,firstly,the high-temperature rheological properties of SBS asphalt with different dosages(1%,3%,5%)of warm mix agent were studied by dynamic shear rheological(DSR)test.Through frequency scanning,the master curves of the main rheological parameters of asphalt were constructed,and the rheological properties of each modified asphalt under different temperatures and frequencies were analyzed;The effect of warm mix agent on the internal phase change of SBS asphalt was analyzed based on the scanning results;The temperature sensitivity of warm mix asphalt was studied by temperature scanning.Secondly,the elastic recovery ability of SBS asphalt and warm mix asphalt was studied bymultiple stress creep and recovery(MSCR)test.Finally,the effects of warm mix agent on the internal chemical structure and surface morphology of SBS asphalt were studied by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)test and auomic force microscope(AFM)test.The results show that the warm mix agent improves the high temperature deformation resistance of SBS asphalt by increasing the elastic modulus in the high temperature and low frequency region,reduces its temperature sensitivity,and significantly improves its elastic recovery ability;In addition,the addition of warm mix agent increases the content of light components in SBS asphalt,improves the microstructural stability and uniformity and makes SBS asphalt gradually develop into a single-phase system.
