摘 要:在城镇化和全球经济一体化的背景下,城市快速发展带来了许多与可持续发展相关的问题。现有的市政设施管理模式已存在一些局限性,因此CIM的建设应运而生,成为智慧城市和数字孪生城市的重要基础模型,可以实现智慧城市的设计和管理。以广州市黄埔区为例,该地区将CIM技术与市政设施资产管理进行了高度融合,通过建立标准台账、资产盘点、分析评估、可视化全生命周期管理,为黄埔区市政管理部门、养护主体单位和项目管理单位提供了市政设施资产台账信息综合管理与查询统计服务。Under the context of urbanization and global economic integration,the rapid development of cities has brought many issues related to sustainable development.There are some limitations in existing municipal facility management model.Therefore,being an important basic model for smart cities and digital twin cities,the construction of city information modeling(CIM)can achieve the design and management of smart cities.Taking Huangpu District,Guangzhou as an example,CIM technology with municipal facility asset management has highly integrated in the region.By establishing standard ledgers,asset inventory,analysis and evaluation and visualizing full life cycle management,it provides comprehensive management and query statistics services for municipal facility asset ledgers,maintenance entities,and project management units in Huangpu District.
