摘　　要：在界定衰退型制造业城市概念与内涵的基础上,采用“分步筛选”和“指标+权重”相结合的方法,以地级市为基本研究单元,对2001—2016年我国衰退型制造业城市进行了识别,并对我国衰退型制造业城市的演变历程进行了比较分析。研究发现:进入21世纪以来,我国共有46个制造业城市呈现出衰退趋势,从空间分布上来看,我国衰退型制造业城市主要集聚在东北、华北和西北地区(甘肃、宁夏)。分阶段对比衰退型制造业城市演变历程可以发现,近年来我国衰退型制造业城市数量不断增多,但老工业城市和资源型城市所占比重逐步降低,空间分布呈现明显的南北分化趋势。On the basis of defining the concept and connotation of declining manufacturing cities,this paper,with the method of“stepwise screening”and“index+weight”,identifies China’s declining manufacturing cities and makes a comparative analysis on the evolution of China’s declining manufacturing cities from 2001 to 2016,taking prefecture-level cities as the basic research unit.It is found that since the beginning of the 21st century,a total of 46 manufacturing cities in China have shown a trend of declining.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the declining manufacturing cities in China are mainly concentrated in the northeast,north and northwest regions(Gansu and Ningxia).By comparing the evolution history of declining manufacturing cities from the perspective of different stages,we can find that the number of declining manufacturing cities in China has been increasing in recent years,but the proportion of old industrial cities and resource-based cities has gradually decreased,and the spatial distribution shows an obvious north-south differentiation trend.
