工业经济高质量发展与区域生态环境保护耦合协调研究——以贵州为例

摘　　要：实现高质量发展是中国式现代化的本质要求之一,工业高质量发展与生态环境保护之间的冲突仍然突出。基于新发展理念和国家生态文明建设示范区建设指标,构建了生态环境保护以及工业经济高质量发展综合评价体系,运用熵权TOPSIS综合评价法进行实证评价,利用耦合协调度模型,全面解析生态环境保护与工业经济高质量发展的耦合水平特征。并以贵州为例,对工业经济高质量与生态环境保护协调发展进行实证分析,提出了提升工业经济高质量发展与区域生态环境保护协调度的相关对策建议。Achieving high-quality development is one of the essential requirements of Chinese path to modernization,and the conflict between high-quality industrial development and ecological environment protection is still prominent.Based on the new development concept and the construction index of national ecological civilization construction demonstration area,the comprehensive evaluation system of ecological environment protection and high-quality development of industrial economy has been established.The entropy weight TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method is applied for the empirical evaluation.Using the coupled coordination degree model,the coupling characteristics of ecological environment protection and high quality development for industrial economy is comprehensively figured out.Taking Guizhou province as an example,the empirical analysis for the coordinated development of high quality industrial economy and ecological environment protection is carried out,and relevant countermeasures and suggestions for improving the coordination degree for high-quality development of industrial economy and regional ecological environment protection are put forward.
