摘 要:气候问题日益突出,低碳发展备受关注。在建筑领域,废弃物资源化管理的减碳压力与动力并存,我国尚缺乏系统完善的碳足迹测算及评估体系。对此,论文首先介绍了建筑废弃物概念性框架,对比发达国家与我国在政策、资源化与减量化方面的发展现状,指出了我国尚存在的问题;其次,阐述了碳足迹与生命周期评价的概念性框架,综述了国内外生命周期评价应用案例;再次,基于混合生命周期评价构建了碳足迹计算体系;最后,结合我国废弃物资源化管理的发展现状与“双碳”目标提出了建议,以推动我国建筑废弃物资源化管理的创新发展。The climate issue is becoming more and more prominent and low-carbon development has drawn much attention.In the field of construction,the carbon reduction pressure and power of waste recycling management coexist.China still lacks a systematic and perfect Carbon footprint measurement and assessment system.In this regard,this paper first detailed the conceptual framework of construction waste,compared the developed countries and China in the policy,resource recovery and reduction development status,and then pointed out the existing problems in China.Secondly,the conceptual framework of carbon footprint and life cycle assessment(LCA)is elaborated,and LCA applications at China and abroad are reviewed.Then,the carbon footprint calculation system is constructed based on the hybrid life cycle assessment.Finally,combined with China’s development status and the“dual carbon”goal,suggestions are put forward to promote the innovative development of China’s construction waste resource management.
