摘 要:在现代通信技术的不断发展下,要求射频滤波器尺寸更小、性能更佳。而使用交叉耦合构造可控传输零点,则可在更少的谐振器下达成相同的性能指标。基于此,构造了14波长谐振的谐振器进行小型化,引入交叉耦合构造带外传输零点,并对滤波器版图合理优化布局,设计了一款小型化交叉耦合微带带通滤波器。通过HFSS建模仿真并测试了带宽在10.2~11 GHz的六阶小型化交叉耦合微带带通滤波器,测试结果表明,性能曲线与仿真曲线相吻合,成功验证了所设计结构的可行性。With the development of modern communication technology,RF filter is required to have smaller size and better performance.The same performance of filter can be achieved with fewer resonant elements by using cross⁃coupling to construct controllable transmission zero.Based on this,a miniaturized cross⁃coupled microstip bandpass filter is designed by constructing one⁃quarter wavelength resonant element for miniaturization,introducing cross⁃coupling to construct out⁃of⁃band transmission zero,and optimizing the filter layout reasonably.The model of a six⁃order miniaturized cross⁃coupled microstrip bandpass filter with a bandwidth of 10.2~11 GHz is simulated and tested by HFSS(high frequency structure simulator)modeling.According to the test results,the performance curve is consistent with the simulation curve,which successfully verifies the feasibility of the designed structure.
