摘 要:在全球碳中和背景下,热泵蒸汽(SGHP)技术得到广泛关注和快速发展。对SGHP系统的两种热力循环分别开展?效率和热力性能分析,研究其在工业蒸汽供应方面替代燃气锅炉(Gas-B)、燃煤锅炉(Coal-B)的节能减碳效果。结果表明:直接蒸发式热泵蒸汽系统(DE-SGHP)具有更好的热力性能,其系统性能系数(COP)相比闪蒸循环式热泵蒸汽系统(CF-SGHP)提高了8.8%;采用SGHP系统供应蒸汽的节能性及热泵系统COP与城市气电比、煤电比密切相关,气电比、煤电比越大,SGHP系统供汽节能效果越好,在中国大部分地区采用SGHP供汽相比Gas-B均具有显著的节能效果,但是相比Coal-B系统只有在华南和华东地区具有一定的节能性;在减少CO_(2)排放方面,采用SGHP系统供汽比锅炉系统具有更好的效果。The heat pump steam generator(SGHP)technology has received extensive attention and rapid development under the background of global carbon neutrality.The exergy efficiency and thermal performance of SGHP adopted different thermal cycles were respectively analyzed and the energy saving and carbon reduction effect of the SGHP replacing Gas-Boiler(Gas-B)and Coal-boiler(Coal-B)in supplying industrial steam were studied.The results showed that the direct evaporative heat pump steam generator system(DE-SGHP)had a better thermal performance,and the COP of the system was improved by 8.8%compared with the flash circulating heat pump steam generator system(CF-SGHP).The energy saving rate of steam supplied by SGHP system and COP of the heat pump system were closely related to urban gas-power ratio and coal-power ratio.The energy saving effect was better with the increasing ratio of gas-power and coal-power.In most areas of China,the SGHP had a significant energy saving effect compared with the Gas-B system.However,compared with the Coal-B system,it had a certain energy-saving property only in South and East China.In terms of reducing CO_(2) emission,the SGHP system always had a better emission reduction effect than the boiler system.
