摘　　要：随着我国高校的不断发展,高校图书管理在服务教学、科研、人才培养、学科建设以及助力地方经济社会发展建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章以新公共管理理论为视角,在深入分析信息化时代背景下高校图书管理工作现状和存在问题的基础上,有针对性地提出高校图书管理创新的对策建议,以期对提升新时代高校图书管理水平有所借鉴。With the continuous development of universities,university library management plays an increasingly important role in serving teaching,scientific research,talent cultivation,and subject construction,as well as assisting local development.Based on a thorough analysis of the current situation and existing problems of university library management,this article proposes targeted innovation strategies for university library management from the perspective of new public managementwith theaim of improving university library management in the new era.
