摘　　要：目的探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患儿父母的感知脆弱现状及其影响因素。方法纳入277名ALL患儿父母,采用一般资料问卷、父母感知脆弱程度量表(CVS)、简易应对方式量表和社会支持评定量表对其进行调查。采用多重线性回归模型分析ALL患儿父母感知脆弱水平的影响因素。结果ALL患儿父母的CVS总分为(10.45±2.88)分,其中182例(65.70%)患儿父母的CVS总分≥10分。患儿年龄、患儿疾病严重程度、家庭人均月收入、消极应对和社会支持水平是ALL患儿父母感知脆弱水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论ALL患儿父母的感知脆弱水平较高,并受患儿年龄、患儿疾病严重程度、家庭人均月收入、消极应对、社会支持水平的影响。医护人员应给予患儿年龄小、患儿病情严重、家庭人均月收入低的父母更多关注,降低其感知脆弱水平,进而促进患儿的身心健康。Objective To explore the current status of perceived vulnerability among parents of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL)and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 277 parents of ALL children were enrolled,and they were investigated by the General Data Questionnaire,Child Vulnerability Scale(CVS),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire and Social Support Rating Scale.The multiple linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for perceived vulnerability level among parents of ALL children.Results The total score of CVS among parents of ALL children was 10.45±2.88,of which the total score of CVS in 182(65.70%)parents was≥10.Children's age,disease severity of children,per capita monthly household income,negative coping,and social support level were the influencing factors for perceived vulnerability level among parents of ALL children(P<0.05).Conclusion Parents of ALL children have a high level of perceived vulnerability,and the level is affected by children's age,disease severity of children,per capita monthly household income,negative coping,and social support level.Medical personnel should pay more attention to parents of children with young age,children with serious ilness and low per capita monthly household income,reduce their perceived vulnerability level,so as to promote physical and mental health of children.
