摘 要:在轻载、低速工况下,感应电机V/F开环控制存在持续性振荡,其会使电机转速产生波动甚至失控,严重时会导致电机过流,继而造成功率模块的损坏。对此,文章提出了一种抑制电机开环控制振荡的方法。其首先通过建立感应电机状态方程,详细研究了转速、转差等参数对感应电机开环控制稳定性的影响,并通过综合现有方法和仿真实验手段,提出了一种全新的振荡检测和抑制方法;然后,通过小信号模型,研究了抑制方法的参数对系统稳定性的影响。对所提方法进行仿真实验,结果显示,该振荡抑制方法在定子电阻、定子漏感、转子电阻、转子漏感从0.25倍到4倍变化时,振荡抑制效果良好;同时,当控制参数KP和KI从0.5倍到2倍变化时,该算法对电机振荡也有明显抑制效果。Under light-load and low-speed conditions,the V/F open-loop control of induction motors triggers continuous oscillation,causing motor speed fluctuations,loss of control,and even motor overcurrent,potentially causing damage to the power module in severe cases.This paper proposes a method to suppress oscillation in the open loop control of induction motors.Firstly,a detailed study was performed by establishing a state equation of induction motors and investigating the impact of parameters such as speed and slip on the stability of the open loop control.Based on a comprehensive review of existing methods and simulation experiments,a new oscillation detection and suppression method was proposed.Secondly,a further study was conducted to reveal the influence of parameters of the suppression method on system stability through small-signal modeling.Finally,simulation experiments were conducted to verify the proposed method.The results show that the oscillation suppression method is highly effective across a range of stator resistance,stator leakage inductance,rotor resistance,and rotor leakage inductance varying from 0.25 to 4 times,as well as control parameters varying from 0.5 to 2 times.
