高职院校机械类专业基础课程教学改革探索——以公差配合与测量技术课程为例

摘　　要：随着中国工业从低端向高端发展,对技能人才质量的要求越来越高,高职院校作为技能人才培养基地,专业课程的教学质量决定了技能人才的质量。为了满足机械行业对高质量技能人才的需求,从容易被忽视的专业基础课程角度出发,探索机械类专业基础课程教学改革,以公差配合与测量技术课程为例,进行解构重构,融通岗课赛证,浸润思政元素,精细教学过程,注重因材施教,引入新设备、新技术、新方法,创设递进式教学策略,通过全跟踪、多评价、重诊改、速变化等立体跟踪教学,提高教学成效,锤炼核心技能,提升岗位能力,提高技能人才质量。With the development of China's industry from low-end to high-end,the quality of skilled personnel is required more and more.In order to meet the needs of high-quality talents in mechanical industry,the teaching reform of basic courses of mechanical specialty is explored from the angle of basic courses of mechanical specialty,which is easy to be neglected,taking the course of Tolerance Coordination and Measurement Technology as an example.This paper deconstructs and reconstructs the course,merges the competition certificate of the post course,infuses the ideological and political elements into the fine teaching process,pays attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and introduces new equipment,new technology and new methods,by means of three-dimensional follow-up teaching,such as all-tracking,multi-evaluation,re-diagnosis,rapid change and so on.The teaching effect can be improved;the core skills can be refined;the post ability can be improve and the quality of skilled personnel can be improved.
