摘 要:为提高封孔涂层的耐热性,以硅橡胶为基料,添加氰酸酯和高岭土,制备了耐高温封孔涂层,用于热喷涂涂层的封孔处理。采用扫描电子显微镜观察了硅橡胶基料中填料的分散状况,采用热重分析仪对封孔涂层的耐热性进行了表征。对涂层的耐热腐蚀性进行了试验研究,并对不同组成的封孔涂层的封孔效果进行了对比分析。结果表明:改性硅橡胶封孔涂层的耐热性比硅橡胶涂层有较大提高,氰酸酯和高岭土均能在一定程度上提高硅橡胶封孔涂层的耐热性,进而对复合涂层的封孔效果和耐热腐蚀性产生影响。To improve the heat resistance of sealer coating,high-temperature resistant sealer coating was prepared by using silicone rubber as matrix material with the addition of cyanate ester and kaolin as dispersants to seal the thermal spraying coating.The dispersion of various fillers in the silicone rubber matrix was observed by scanning electron microscope,and the heat resistance of the sealing coating was characterized by thermogravimetric analyzer.The heat-corrosion resistance of the coating was studied,and the sealing effects of different coating were compared and analyzed.The results showed that,compared to the silicone rubber coating,the heat resistance of the modified silicone rubber coating was improved considerably.Both cyanate ester and kaolin could improve the heat resistance of silicone rubber sealing coating to a certain extent,which in turn affected the sealing effect and heat-corrosion resistance of the composite coating.
