摘 要:文章介绍了低表面处理涂料的分类和作用机理,论述了不同种类低表面处理涂料的研究现状,结合专利分析了低表面处理涂料的最新技术进展,三聚磷酸铝、鞣酸、磷酸等物质仍然是目前低表面处理涂料的主要选择,植酸、没食子酸以及基于其衍生的新化合物展现出较好的应用前景;在此基础上,根据低表面处理涂料研究与应用中存在的污染、闪锈、固化问题,提出了解决的技术途径。分别从填料协同作用、涂覆工艺、新兴转锈剂、计算机模拟技术应用等方面探究了低表面处理涂料的研究发展方向,并展望了其应用前景。In this paper,the classification and mechanism of low-surface tolerant anticorrosive coatings were introduced,and then the research status of different types of low-surface tolerant anticorrosive coatings were discussed and the latest technological progress in combination with patents was analyzed.Aluminum tripolyphosphate,ellagic acid,phosphoric acid and other substances were still the main choices for low-surface tolerant anticorrosive coatings at present,while phytic acid,gallic acid and new compounds based on them showed good prospects for application.On this basis,the relevant problems such as pollution,flashing and curing in the research and application of low-surface tolerant anticorrosive coatings were composed and the technical ways to solve them were proposed.Finally,the future research and development directions of low-surface tolerant anticorrosive coatings were explored in terms of the aspects of filler synergy,coating process,emerging rust transfer agent,computer simulation technology application,and the prospect of their applications,respectively.
